Our primary project is residential redevelopment. In this project, we are working with Bank BTN to acquire abandoned houses which we redevelop into houses ready for occupation. These houses are marketed within the scheme of government-subsidized KPR facility provided by Bank BTN.

There are two market segments for redeveloped houses: the middle upper class market (commercial) and the lower middle class market (FLPP/Subsidy). We are currently focused on the lower middle segment.
